About the Editor

The Journal is led by Minh Dang, a recognized voice in Canada’s workforce and staffing community. Minh is the Co-Chair of the National Workforce Strategies Committee at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce and has actively contributed to the G7 Employment Working Groups in 2025, focusing on critical topics such as workforce resilience, labour participation, and the evolving role of AI in employment.

With nearly two decades of experience in finance, strategy, and staffing acquired in Europe, Asia, Africa and North America, Minh brings both deep expertise and a passion for labour market issues to this publication. He is also the author of a book examining the impact of AI on the labour market, exploring how technology is reshaping opportunities, risks, and policy responses in Canada and beyond.

Through this Journal, Minh’s ambition is to foster a richer dialogue on the future of work in Canada — and to equip staffing leaders, employers, and policymakers with the insights they need to navigate the road ahead, and grow employment.
